Complex with notes of blackberry and blackcurrant, sweet spices and a tobacco back note.
Impetuous; its acidity is balanced out by its warmness and alcoholic content. Explosive but not herbal tannins, an imposing wine.

A selection of the best grapes from the best Violone vineyard. Fermented and aged in oak barrels for 24 months plus 1 year in the bottle.
Deep ruby with a garnet-coloured tinge.
Elegant, spicy and ethereal. Currant and black cherry notes are predominant, with a finish of vanilla and tobacco.
Strong, almost stark, with soft and smooth tannins framed by a gentle woody note.
Game, chianina beef stew, braised meat, herb cheese. Meditation wine.

A raisin wine with a great structure. From our winery’s clone, selected grapes left to dry in an ecofriendly controlled withering system for 45 days, followed by low-temperature fermentation and 7 months of ageing.
A splendid deep ruby, vivid and bright.
Intense notes of rosehip, common to the Aleatico varietal, slowly make room for cherry jam and sweet spices. Light finish with a note of wildflowers honey.
Sweet, effortless balance between structure and acidity, with soft tannins, never too aggressive or overly sweet.
Classically paired with biscuits, it is also suitable for chestnut-based dishes like pasta and soups, goat and Gorgonzola cheese. Try it with dark chocolate and chocolate desserts.
