• EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL:
  made from organically grown olives, the oil of premium quality is extracted with the Sinolea method, a specific cold drip method which do not alter the organoleptic nature of the oil, and maintains a very low level of acidity. The variety of olives of which the blend is made are: Frantoio, Leccino, Moraiolo and Canino, Biologico.


• HONEY: Organic hive honey, the beehives are located in the Alviano Oasis and on the Monti Cimini mountains. The types of honey are: Mixed-flower honey (Millefiori), Chestnut honey (monoflora di Castagno), Honeydew (Melata) and Acacia Honey.
